8.       Stinger- Stinger, also known as burner, is quite common in contact sports. They happen due to sudden compression or stretching of brachial plexus. Stinger cause immense pain down arm. Physicians recommend several motion exercises, thus, prevent stiffness of hand limbs, shoulder, neck, etc.
